i made some mistakes and was wondering if it was possible to reset the default setting on the chip so it erases all the flashing and everything that i did except the flashbios 3.0.3 that came with the chip.

Nope. You can reset your X3CL seetings, but you can't "unflash" your chip. What is the problem you have?

If you're X3 BIOS works then you have little to worry about. However, if the BIOS isn't working you'll have to see if you have functioning FlashBIOS banks. Check your backup ROM (pwr + eject) then check On, On, Off, Off, Off if either boot to FlashBIOS then you can use that to flash to other banks and correct your mistake.

If you do not have a functioning X3 BIOS and your other banks fail to boot then you'll need a new chip/have to get it re-flashed.

Well if you can boot into the x3 bios in banks 2 (off,on,off, off, off) then just update the backup bios with the correct flashbios if you need to then boot the backup bios and flash to bank 1. If the x3 works fine in bank 2 there really isn't any need to change it to bank 1 unless it really bugs you though.

To boot the backup bios power on the xbox by pressing power and eject together.
