I really am a noob at this stuff. I can solder to the cows come home. Got A City And Guilds Level 2 in Soldering from my old work.

So i will be having a go. Just thought i would get everyone ready.... LOL....

Just going to wait till new TX Product comes out, with a nice little tutorial, to make things simple.

Yeah - I gotta say - I'm looking forward to the TX solution - I'm lazy and can't be arsed buying the bitties in for it right now lol - may get some to give it a quick try tho....bit of prcatice and all that lol - wishing u good luck mate

I sometimes think some people here are over eager to jump down others throats....but in this case i think the flaming you are getting is most definitely warranted. Just read this thread front to back (or if you cant be arsed, just read the first post at least) and your questions will be answered. I have to say this is the epitome of laziness and the antithesis of a properly structured and researched question.:facepalm:

anywhoos - back on topic - I was thinking that there will be a huge drop in the value of "Jtag" consoles, but tbh - the amount of consoles that we can now use the Glitch hack on, means we'll be able to punt on more at one time, so no real drop in the money made from exploitable consoles hopefully :) and also there is the skill and time involved in doing this hack, so hopefully, modders will still be ok for the time being eh?

i can solder no probs but i like diaboliq cant be bothered to go out and buy all the bits so will be supporting the team and waiting for their release lol.

I see that they cAnt patch the slim because of the CB_A. But they can still patch the FAT consoles through a dashboard update right?

hell if anyone wants a xenon jtag off me its still gonna be 75 quid no matter how many consoles can now be done lmao. i already think i do them well cheap :biggrin:

Anyone wants to buy a brand new jtag jasper console for £350? Guess not :facepalm: . . . . . . .:D

Glad I kept my both NAND-X's and all the extra wires .... Will attempt to make my own LPT connector from my old home made LPT NAND reader/writer a year ago. But if TX releases a related product then it will be added to my collection of TX products.

The wiring diagrams could be made a litte bit more clearer though!

EDIT: Just offered this guy £50 (ebay item #110734584038) :p
