Falcon glitch just needs some time, it will be out there sometime soon (i think)

after reading over the odd 31 something pages i left off at, i believe my 360 IQ has dropped drastically from the "in nicer terms" newbs have posted. I :facepalm: myself for the continued reading i did after the first few words they posted ( srry more :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm patience is a virtue guys(newbs) think a lil before you post and at least read a few pages(5-10) and your questions would've been answered. not that the first post in the thread wasn't simplified enough. So as far as i read, falcon compatibility is on the way, what about xenon? Any chance the glitch will work on them?

From what I understand it's possible on all systems, but the timings have to be adjusted on the CPLD and just have yet to be implemented for falcon, xenon, etc.

No Xenon's can not be Glitched using this new method, the glitch works with the HANA chip and Xenon boards have ANA

I had no idea Xenon didn't have Hana. Last time I owned one I wasn't into this stuff. What about the Opus, ANA as well?

Opus does have HANA.

I guess I should have been a bit more clear in my last post.

The glitch right now for the SLIM uses the HANA chip to exploit.

For the Phat consoles (exluding Xenon and Falcon) they use the CPU clock cycle to glitch and exploit the device.

In the future there could be exploits for Xenon and Falcon because they use the CPU frequency to glitch, they can do it but has not been done yet. It comes down to what hardware they have on hand when they test their exploits.

Why do people ask the same questions that are already answered a few pages back on the same thread? I see why all the mods and wise VIP members get pissed. If you don't have the patience to read the whole thread then more than likely you probably should not make this a hobby.

I have been flashing xboxes for only a month or two. I learned fromm just reading the guide that comes with JF. I am a complete noob when it comes to JTAG and now RGH but even I could understand what this means from the first page. Soooo many unnecessary questions. Awesome news though! Uber, have you ever thought about having people read a post, take a quiz and require them to pass before they have access to the forums so they understand what they need to do before posting a question? Sorry if that's a stupid idea.

id find that amusing, the issues is we are a support forum for tx products and you cant tell guys we wont give you support for a product youve just paid for unless you pass a quiz.

What would be good is a warning message before noobs post (i.e. new users or users with low no. of posts). The warning would be:
"Are you sure you want to post this? If you haven't read the previous posts and are repeating a question you will be banned for x hours/days"."

Something to that effect would help I think, would save the fellas here a lot of :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:
