well if you had read the readme, or even opened even one of the pics in the download/instructions, you'd have seen that this is almost all soldering.

2 4 BC2672CT-ND CAP CER 220PF 50V X7R 10% RAD 0 0.30000 $1.20
3 2 3M5471-ND SOCKET IC OPEN FRAME 40POS .6" 0 0.75000 $1.50 (Dont know if it will fit perfectly)
4 2 PPC220W-2CT-ND RES 220 OHM METAL FILM 2W 5% 0 0.54000 $1.08
5 20 CF14JT3K30CT-ND RES 3.3K OHM 1/4W 5% CARBON FILM 0 0.05300 $1.06

i ordered a USB nand flasher from here: (link removed - this is an xecuter product support forum - we use the Xecuter Nand-X here)
I already have solder, an iron, as well as cable. I am going to make my own LPT JTAG cable for the flashing of the CMOD chip, the diagram is in the PDF

Xecuter said in his reply to an earlier poster that this was new, so I highly doupt that, plus it's CK3i and i'm pretty sure thats to do with the connectivity kits.
