Reset X3 Bios HELP!

Hello all

Having a great problem with my X3 Chip! Been trawling through the forums but found nothing that can help so am posting my own now!

I'd like to reset the chip so all banks are ready to be flashed again as i've messed up by flashing the wrong bios into the wrong banks but my problem is that I cant. Holding power/reset to access the back up bios sort of works as in it boots to the FlashBIOS 3.0.1 screen but then it freezes! Selecting any empty bank boots to FlashBios 3.0.3 screen but, again freezes.

Using the bios flashing application on the Evox dash also fails to work and throws up "Mannfacturers ID 09 Device ID 00 Flash Type Winbond - W49F020T Error file size error"

My Box is a 1.3
Dash version Evox 3935

I had the same problem and you will laugh but i bet you this will work. Sometimes when you go into the flash bios screen, it appears to freeze. This is not normally the case, just remove the pad from the port and try it in all the ports, even back to the same port, and eventually it should come to life and you can select the options you want, ok d00d.
