Ebay? Or some local electronics repair shop.

Edit: bl4k3y said its a 10k resistor, ill add that the size is 0402 . If both pads are intact just mount a new resistor.

OP - please remember that we're going on your information that you've just lifted the resistor and not the pads, which is why we need images. This is especially true since we're now 2 pages into a 'how do I solder a resistor' thread. If you've just lifted the resistor, it should be plain to see how you would go about replacing it.

plus it was not booting with the resistor on

so why are u asking if this is making the console not boot? if it didnt boot before it then it wont after
