Restored FW, am I safe?

I searched around a bit and I couldn't find an answer.

I recently flashed my v46 with C4EVA v2.3 (I believe, my brother was the one to do it) and I started getting some error while playing regular xbox games (Originals, not backed up).

With the release of Halo 3 soon, I decided that it'd be nice to not worry about being banned from Xbox live and I wanted to play regular xbox games. So I restored it using the restore.bat that it came with. During this process, it seemed to fail every other sector.

Is that supposed to happen when you restore? And if it is, will I be pretty safe from MS's ban stick?

Is your console playing originals OK now? I'm not 100% but when flashing I think it retrys until the flash is complete???

Cant remember about that FW and never used it so not sure if this is normal. Someone else may be able to confirm. If your playing Originals fine now and only playing originals, you should be fine, but nobody knows for sure whether M$ will be able to tell if you have previously flashed your drive etc.

Just have to hope they can't or won't. I expect you will be fine but nobody can say for sure. It's the risk anyone takes if they flash their box. :)

Yeah, I'm not too concerned with getting banned. I hardly play Xbox live. It'd just be cool to play with my friends that are across the US and stuff.

Original games are working perfectly though.
