Restoring original firmware

Hi all, i've had a lot of experience flashing 360's but now i need to restore one to its original firmware (which i have no experience of) and need help DESPERATELY, as i dont have a clue what to do. Can anyone help? is there a walkthrough on the net somewhere or can someone write down step by step instructions, it would be much appreciated, cheers
