Hi All, i have emailed the returns address about 2 weeks ago and still have not had an email back? any one else having problems? Mods please can you confirm either way if you have/nt recieved it? I am happy to send it again as long as I can get this resolved. I used the same address as the one registered here btw. Cheers :confused:

erm - you emailed who? what exactly did you email? this is a support forum. did you email a retailer ? they have no connection with the forum as such. all return of faulty item queries should go directly to the retailer you got you kit from.

Xecuter gave us the email in his post about problems with Zephyrs and V1 R-jtags problems, the email he gave was [email protected]

Any updates would be appreciated. Thanks

Great, got a reply thanks, they apologised for the late response. Time for a trip down the post office. :)

Update, email said to photo the envelope with the RMA clearly shown for evidence I guess and email back. I did this but still waiting for a response so that I can send it!! Has anyone got their replacement 1.1 board using the 'free' replacement scheme???? Xecuter is this offer still going? Its been a couple of months of strife trying to get this resolved. Thanks

Can any mod / admin help please, I am trying to return my v1 rtag to china but I am getting no response from them. I have an address (see above) but I still have no response from them. I dont want to send my board back to China to an address that has now ceased. Can some one please advise. thanks

Why not just purchase a 1.1? Use the 1.0 in a diffrent console

Its my own home one and its a Zephyr (thanks for the thought though), and I only intend to do this one now as I have had so much trouble with it. I don't want to spend more money on a device that I need too, I also have a brand new Demon for it I have never fitted, which I wont fit now, so going to put it in the drawer as I cant sell it here . As Xecuter has been great in organising this replacement service for the R-Jtag I would be mad not to use it. Can anyone throw any light on this Chinese company that we need to send them back to, or an alternate email address to contact them? Cheers.

I think this situation is trying to tell u something. Xenons and zephyrs are unstable and prone to RROD. Even with a v1.1 you'll probably get a lot of 02E fails on boot slowing down your boot times. Get yourself a jasper. You'll have an easier time setting it up and installing demon. also your running temps will be lower. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, it sounds as if most of the members on here have money to spare, I don't unfortunately, otherwise I would have done just that. The thing is I paid for the V1 and it has been recognized as not working well and has been superseded. I am only after what I have been promised nothing more. Please can someone from Admin sort this out asap. thanks

Many thanks Oggy, Utmad. I think as its probably a loser trying to get my Zephyr working properly I will sell it thanks to Utmad. I will give you a pm. Cheers all for your help.

If you do not take Oggy up on his offer as long as it is in still good working order I would buy it from you at the right price, and also the demon too.
