Return to stock or just flash LT 3.0

so i flashed my liteon 02510c (phat model) a while ago with lt +2.0 my brother accidently updated with the latest dash 14699 i flashed again with lt 2.0 no longer recognize latest games unless i download the updates.
So should i flash str8 to lt 3.0+ or go to stock first i dont use live so its not a problem.

If your already on the latest dash, then just flash strait to LT 3.0, if not flash to stock, update, then flash to LT 3.0.

im on the latest dashboard 14699 so str8 to lt 3.0.
