COOLRUNNER Rev C Not Booting To Xell Falcon RGH 2.0

Hey! I wanted to create an account on TX but found i made this account back in 2011 LOL Anyway...

I got my Rev C Today and installed it as usual used FLUX and im pretty impressed with my solder job I have JP Open, Tried 1&2 Closed (No boot) Tried 2&3 Closed still no Boot, Tried Cap Open and Closed no success... I have heard about the 3.3k thing and some oner resistor what Martin C Done But im not sure of what caps they where because i cant find the thread if someone could please tell me what 2 caps i should try would be helpful, also any other Techniques... I ordered the CPU Reset cleaner from Aliexpress And hopefully i get some luck with that but in the mean time any suggestions??? also I have tried with 50 Ohm cable and with Blue Slim Cable NUFFING D:

ALSO the xbox is running Latest dash i think its 16756.... If i select that dash in J-Runner I can only select retail.... So i have 16747 Ecc written over will that still work or do i have to wait for TX to update J-Runner for glitching 16756????????

PS: I also have the CR Rev A on handy with the CAP Removed for 2.0 if you think i should try and Special Techniques with that LEMME Know <3

If its not glitching, 99% of the time its down to soldering. check that in the meantime and get back to us with your details and pics tomorrow

UPDATE!!!! D TIMING FILE WORKED!!! OMG Okay... Currently i have D file written to CR on cr side i have: JP: Open, 1&2 Closed, CAP Closed!!! And Slim Blue wire!! SO HAPPY
