RGH 1.2, need to fix PLL point

Sorry images aren't the best as close as i could get them.
Description of problem: I removed the solder from the PLL point by accident and need either to scrape it but i don't know where and if there is another point that i can just use.

Was the console working before you started: Y, it just wont boot to Xell after writing the Ecc.

Do you get a green debug light appear on the RGH chip every 4-5 seconds: N, it acts like it is going to boot then never does

How long is the light on for each time: its flashing fairly quick

Pics are not the best. Need more and better pics really.
Try soldering to the resistor next to and below the original PLL bypass point.
Also u need to move CPU rst (blue wire) closer to the xclamps to prevent interference from the caps on other side of mobo and trim the excess wire showing.

ok will do, but the pics were taken with a canon t3i and the zoom wouldn't go any further sorry. thanks for your input ill try this later.

ok so did as you said but its just trying to boot into xell never does though, will boot if i send back the original nand though.
