RGH 1 or RGH 2 ?

i have a falcon with dash board 14699 i have been told this is rgh 1 but i thought "no rgh one goes up pre 14179 after that has to be rgh2"

what dashboard does rgh 1 go upto ?

14699 is the last chance of RGH 1 do not go any further !!, next dash 14717 upwards is RGH 2.

i know im sorry and yes i did read it i was just wondering because it says 14719 on the patch 0 but im guessing we have to go with patch 1 right.
