Download RawFlash v4 HERE

Extract the zip file and you should get a file called xenon.elf

put the ggBuild 13604 Normal Fan NAND.bin and the xenon.elf files on a FAT32-FORMATTED usb stick

Then insert into the xbox360 while its turned off.

Turn the xbox on using the eject button.

It will load xell, which will load Raw Flash. Then Raw Flash will load the 13604 normal fan nand.bin file.

That will return your fan speed to normal.

I use multibuild and edit the ini file to change the average and max temps. This will keep it as cool as you want without having to tinker with the fan settings on FSD.

Also just a heads up with a Zypher you will probably be close to 100% fan to keep it cool.

I dont know what that means, but I think it comes up with every flash I have done and all work fine.

sent a pm.

WNYconsoles, I don't know why I didn't think of just using 360 flash.

Right beside the fan connector is there a small resistor that is bridged? The 12v fan mod can be done like this or could even be on the bottom of the motherboard.

Did you take the xbox out of the case and look ? or just looed for wires in that window?

You haven't renamed the NAND file. It needs to be called nandflash.bin.
Sorry road-runner, that was my fault. I initially wrote that post in a way that was hard to understand and rewrote it, not knowing i had deleted the renaming part.

Heres the revised steps:

Download RawFlash v4 HERE

Extract the zip file and you should get a file called xenon.elf

put the ggBuild 13604 Normal Fan NAND.bin and the xenon.elf files on a FAT32-FORMATTED usb stick

Rename ggBuild 13604 Normal Fan NAND.bin to nandflash.bin

Then insert into the xbox360 while its turned off.

Turn the xbox on using the eject button.

It will load xell, which will load Raw Flash. Then Raw Flash will load the 13604 normal fan nand.bin file.

That will return your fan speed to normal.

That "*trying to make sence of uda, let's assume it's fat" message meant that it mounted the flashdrive, but couldn't continue because it could find the file nandflash.bin that it was looking for.

Hope you get it sorted mate.
