RGH 16mb Jasper Xell only CB 6750

Full disclosure, I realize this issue could have been avoided and is 100% my fault, that being said here is where I am on this console:

Originally I purchased this system from a pawn store and it was in an all white case so immediately I though it was a big block jasper and dumped it as so -r64 orig.bin orig2.bin fc orig.bin orig2.bin. Both matched and I stupidly didn't check the flash code to notice the system was in fact 0x00023010 small block jasper. Problem is I didn't realize until I had already flashed a freeboot image over the original nand.

I'm able to get it to boot xell with the image.bin created from multibuilder created from the 64mb dump that was taken initially. Boots xell instantly and I have the cpu key for the system which also opens the nand fine in 360flash dump.

Console info:
CB 6750
Flash 0x00023010
LDV 6
Was on dash 12625 originally

What ive tried already:

-flashing back the full 64mb even though its really a 16: nandpro usb: -w64 orig.bin (doesn't boot with chip on or off)

-Extracting 16mb nand from original 64mb nand: nandpro orig.bin: -r16 nanddump.bin (extracts fine but doesn't boot with chip on or off when flashed to the console).

-Creating freeboot image with multibuilder from extracted 16mb nand. (boots to xell with eject but never boots dash with power, coolrunner flashed green one time then doesn't flash again and screen stays black)

Here are some photos of my soldering and some screens from various programs that may help: http://s70.photobucket.com/albums/i117/ndnovak/rgh/

Here is a copy of the original 64mb nand as well as cpu key and image.bin: http://www.mediafire.com/?kwjx0hdijuz9j1z

I've had this system sitting for months and would really like to get it up and running. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
