The resetting is controlled from the Coolrunner, so it should still do it with the CR set to NOR and stock NAND flashed (if it doesn't glitch first time).

Well, flashed the chip with RGH 1.1 Jasper, installed no my current Jasper BB and glitched without a problem (a single green blink cause it glitched on the first try)

So its not the chip, will try to install again with all new wirewrap wires just to be sure and test the post_out1 voltage

And here was the problem

Apparently the UF cable was so thick it pulled the CPU_RST pad and disconected the trace from the resistor...

So i was using the pad but it was connected to nothing at all =/

Soldered to the resistor as the image above and its working perfectly :)

Boot times 5s~35s

Will buy some 50ohm shielded cable tomorrow

Thanks for posting your fix, adding it to my list of alternate points for botched RGH repairs right now. Heck I may start using that resistor as my default install point, quicker for me than feeding a wire through-hole usually.

Using file A here... booting fine out of the case... inside the metal case tested a sort of configurations (cable, resistor) and pretty unstable

changing the file (B, C, D) migth change that? Seeing as its booting fine outside the metal case?
