after i reflowed the councel on a BGA, i cant boot no light's on the ****** chip... nothing. please help.

flash your stock NAND back, take off the chip and get the secondary error code...and I don't think your ****** chip is supported here.
sounds like a *atrix chip your talking about. You wont get supposrt here unless your using a tx product
