RGH RGH 2.0 - Trinity Red Dot 0010? Coolrunner Rev C

So I have attempted 4 times to do an RGH 2.0 (4 different consoles) (this is the 4th time) 2 of them are working fine but this one is....
This is what happened:

1. Read the Nand (4 matching dumps)
2. Created ECC
3. Wrote ECC
4. Programmed Coolrunner (switch on "PRG") with Trinity timing file.
5. Placed Coolrunner.
6. Installed All Wires.
7. Coolrunner switch on "NOR" & "SLIM".
8. Console booted in 2 glitches.
9. Took picture of CPU & DVD Keys
10. Generated Hacked Image and wrote it to Nand.
11. Console booted almost instantly
12. Launched FSD
13. Tested the boot a few times
14. Played a game for over an hour.
15. Turned the console off next day everything worked fine
16. Put everything back together
17. Booted Console played a game
18. Turned console off waited 60 seconds and rebooted
19. Red Dot error code 0010
20. Turned it off waited 20mins and it worked again. After that I turned off the console booted it back up and red dot again. Waited 5 mins turned it on worked again. And this goes on and on.

Error Details: When having red dot fan doesn't spin up. PSU light is orange. Coolrunner Rev C Not glitching. Problem Occurs when Trinity is turned on for 5 min plus.

Description of problem: If I leave my console on for 5 mins or longer, turn it off and turn it on again it gives me 0010. Have to wait 5-10 minutes, and it works again.

Was the console working before you started: Y

Do you get a green debug light appear on the RGH chip every 4-5 seconds: Y

How long is the light on for each time: 5 seconds or so

Please Help Me On This One, if there is any information missing tell me!

Sounds to me like you have a south bridge or xcgpu going out on you

Yeah, it was the Coolrunner itself... Swapped it for another Rev C and it works fine now. Both Coolrunners where bought on Console-Solution.nl 1 had a serial number on it and one didn't. So now I am using the one with a serial number.
