Setup:
Nand-X
QSB
Coolrunner (with cap installed)

Installed on xbox perfectly (soldering). Nand dump had some errors (One in first 64 mb and like 5 near the end of the 256mb). Used 360 Multi Builder v.7 to build ecc and it glitched and still glitches first time everytime and then used rawflash to flash nand image.

My problem is all the text in NXE and and FSD do not show any text. Has anyone seen this and fixed it before? Is a font file missing somehow? Any help is much appreciated.

When I open the image in 360 flash dump tool .97, it doesn't even give me the bad blocks tab next to the file system tab. I've never seen that tab on any images that I have opened with it. Is my software bad or just never had a bad block?

Sometimes the bad block just won't show in Flash360 so did you note down the location of where the bad blocks were when you dumped the nand? If not then you may have to try and dump the nand again but this time note down where the bad block is and then remap it manually with nandpro. If you get stuck or are unsure of anything then please let me know.

Thanks for your help. I've done many with rawflash and never had an issue. Used nandpro and it works great now. Really weird that the text was the only thing not working.

Yeah, raw flash just doesn't work once in a while and I've got no idea why. This is why you should always try to use the trusty NAND-X to ensure that the flashing job is done properly and congrats on getting it working.
