RGH Boot Times

My RGH boot times are very erratic, sometimes it's under 10 seconds and other times, I'll wait 10 minutes and just get frustrated and turn it off. Try again, and sometimes it will boot up in 2 minutes, and sometimes it's repeat the cycle. Is their anything that can be done to improve the boot times?

If you cant get a hold of the guy who RGH'D it contact Nofeloniesyet he is in NC if I remember you're in the south east as well?
