[RGH] confused about 1 step. 3v3 point used for nandx and CoolRunner?

Just got all my RGH stuff and about to try to glitch my jasper but one thing I thing Im confused about after reading all the steps is the "3v3 point" that seems to be used by both the nandx and coolrunner. Green wire on nandx and red wire on coolrunner.

So will I need to solder that point back and forth since I wont be using the QSBs?

so far so good. updated my nand-x with my ck3 pro just fine.
