I'd write your stock nand back remove the power from the coolrunner and check it boots to stock.

thanks for you're time i have done test and it beeps from D pad to ft3t10.also flashed stock nand and it works 
did try alternative cpu_rst still no green led on cr3 pro.also had a go with cr3 lite with same result

Judging by your picture, you're are trying to gltich a v5 with a full post cr3 pro. No wonder why it doesn't work. Wrong chip buddy unless you've removed the "cr3 pro fake post" sticker.
Just had a look at chip and it looks like i have made an error and bought the full post cr3 pro.thanks for pointing that out!.maybe someone on here will swap or trade fro a chip that will work with my console
