OK thanks go to dgenx (tut taken from his signature) for this tutorial but you can use this to instll Freestyle dash and way you go

Download FSD and it should be .iso. Burn it to disc and then insert and extract from CD to any any hdd associated with your xbox 360.
you go download xbins and from there download the xexmenu 1.1 live and then search for a tut on how to install it on a xbox
If you built your image for glitch with multibuilder 0.7 and included dashlaunch in the image you don't need to mess about. You can just download Freestyle dash and put the freestyle xex on your usb drive at
Usb:\FSD\default.xex
You probably wont need xexmenu as it is usually only used to install fsd anyway.
If you built your image any other way you can download the fsd installer from

burn to dvd or run from usb or use the extracted package to place the xex in the usb folder I listed above if you already have dashlaunch installed from multibuilder
