Yea clear high res pics of each point on the qsb, The coolrunner, And underneath, From the blurry photos its looks like the stby_clk point on the qsb isnt even soldered, Could be the double vision though. Borrow someones camera.

The very first pic, looks like the PLL_BYPASS is on the wrong point. Hard to tell though. Even with a phone, you ought to be able to take better pics than that.

The pictures don't matter anymore now that the console doesn't either allow you to power on or write to the NAND.

Possibily either a soldering issue or a currpet SMC/southbridge issue. You need to solve this first else you got a new huge door stop.

Its very hard to see the points in your pics you can crop and resize to get in closer to the points on the board. It looks like the yellow wire is a cold solder and can't see the green wire very well. The blue wire looks cold soldered aswell. I watched your video something is wrong on one of these wires or the stdnby_clk for I not to pulse the green led every 5 seconds or so. Also from your log I can tell that there is something not soldered well on the qsb aswell. 000 is usually the ground wire but can't see anything from your pics to tell
You prob be best off to send this to someone to sort it out for you

but i just like to say a big thank you to every one who tried to help me with this matter i guess it didn't help with the crap pictures but ive now looking into getting a good camera and a new Xbox

Red light on PSu means you have a short on the board somewhere and the PSu is cutting out to protect itself, check for dropped solder, your wires touching bits they shouldn't etc... Best bet is flash stock nand back and remove CR and wires completley if you cant spot it easily and try and get it working again then reinstall.

So because you were too proud to send it to someone that knows what they're doing you've decided to scrap this one and do the same thing to a new one.

You've shorted something, it's not necessarily dead. Just send it to a pro and let them have a go at reversing what you did. Find someone here.

its not because im to proud to send it off its because for once in my life i wanted to achieve something myself instead

@PimpleX ive done all that ive removed everything from the board these nothing touching but what i have notice is when the front plate is connected that's when the psu goes into protection but if i leave the front plate off psu does not go into protection which will let me flash the nand back could you guide me on how i could do that ?

If psu light is orange and then you just plug in the RF board (frontplate?) on the motherboard and the psu light goes red (without you pressing the on button) then you need to look for something wrong with the rf board socket maybe metal shielding is bent and shorting out.

Beyond that it's just a process of elimination, try a different RF board. Verify PSu working properly on different xbox. Check for shorts under the motherboard, what is it resting on etc? Might be the more common problem of bent usb shielding shorting out.

Those are the basic things to check.

The moment you started to wave the big 'help' flag, you're no longer achieving it yourself. This is the point where you should be finding someone to take a look for you, preferably close by where they can go over everything that's been done and try to troubleshoot with you.

You might actually learn something.

That's an achievement.

Now I Tried To Rgh this Console But No Longer HAve the Nand Dumps Would I Be ABle To Use A Dummy Nand From another motherboard which are the same ?

Yes you have to rgh it to get CPU key then you can build a new nand... If your keeping it retail you have to have the original keyvault
