Try a POST QSB. I have one on my slim and its spot on. A lot of slim boot problems are down to the CPU_RST wire and the POST QSB is a great solution.

I ment like the wired the blue one goes on 29 and the yellow on the number 1 ?

You solder POST_OUT (yellow) to pad 1 and then solder the blue wire (CPU_RST) to each pad (29, 32, 35 etc) until you find your optimum boot time.

Note that you need to trim the CPU_RST wire down to 8CM before soldering it to any of the pads .
