rgh gets rrod after install

Just finished the soldering went to jrunner read my nand twice both match fine missing 1 block 204. Flash the cool runner rev c fine. Create ccf and write ccf worked fine. Plug rgh in to xell to get cpu and I get 3 red lights and the green one blinking in the middle. What are ways to fix this . Check my solder looks good. I have a jasper xbox with the latest dash that im working on. Is there a certain way I needed to solder it. I just used a rgh 2 phat method tut I found on this site.

It will not boot up just get rrod . I think the last steps are create/write image. I think I need to get cpu from xell but it will not boot up.

I notice that my cool runner light stays red when on and when off to. Is that normal
