Rgh green light flashing and no video

I have solder all the point to the board and booted Xell a few times a few minutes ago and got the cpu key but have not created a image. but know there is no video and audio the coolrunner flashes green and the it powers on.

Wire-routing issue.

know it has RROD 0022 and it doesn't get the rrod after 30 sec so i believe it a GPU problem

However if its red ringing straight away i doubt that will help you, might be worth flashing back the stock nand, set the coorunner to programme and then see if the xbox boots to the normal dash, that way you can see if its a hardware fault.

If it takes a long time for the 0022 to turn up It can be a GPU issue.
0022 never turns up straight away unless the GPU is physically damaged.

It can also be damage to the area around the CPU_PLL_BYPASS.

now the rrod doesn't show up at all but there is still no boot what should i do i using j-runner. I have read the nand got the cpu key also i forgot the dashboard i on how can i figure that out. Also i need help returning it to stock.
