every time i turn on the cool runner my power brick turns red and when i try to read my nand it does not let me and i soldered everything correctly some help plz!!

You have a bridge somewhere. To be honest, it's hard to tell where as all the solder points are in question. Get a multimeter and check continuity from the wires to the surrounding area.

Dam that's an evil soldering job dude..

Get a new tip for your iron and re-solder all the points, post another pic if you get the same symptoms.

If your soldering iron was that f'd up and not working WHY CONTINUE !?!?!?!?!?!

and the wires are stripped WAY to far/or shielding burned off WAY to much
