Uh, I'm pretty sure RGH2.0 is out.

360 Multi Builder can handle Dash 14719 for RGH. I would assume J-Runner can do it as well.

You're getting the dashboards confused with the technique.

RGH2.0 involves a different setup and is still being tested. You can build an RGH 14719 or Retail 14719, but a phat console on 14719 (i.e dual CB) won't glitch yet.
