I am having problem with 512 Jasper. It will not glitch to xell. I get 3-4 green flashes from coolrunner without capacitor, 1 or 2 flashes with capacitor that came with CR (CR has been programmed correctly, its set to PHAT and NOR). After that CR will no longer flash green.
I have verified my wiring few times, used another CR with new set of wires. Same results, it will not glitch to xell.
I have tried all kinds of diffrent ways of placing wires that was able to find on this forum.
There are no bad blocks. I can flash original nand back and xbox works fine.

I am 100% sure that its not my wiring. I have been installing modchips since PS1 days.

I have done several jaspers (couple that were also 6751) and slims, this is only one that I am not able to make it to work.

Not to sure but I think you might want to redo the green wire. Looks a little suspect. But it is hard to see in the picture.

Try a 680pF capacitor between A and GND and a 470pF in line with CPU_RST.
I have been trying with 680pF.
just to make sure I get this right. So one leg of 470pF will go to CR D point and the other will be attached to blue wire?

update:
680pF attached to A and GND, 470pF attached to D and blue wire. Just getting one green flash after that noting at all, still no xell :(

It's all the signs of a bad ECC write then. Can you post a screenshot of the output from the ecc creation?

Another thing - have you definitely made sure your AV cable is ok?

Well it's either the ecc file or the wiring then. The ecc looks ok and if you've flashed it back as +w16 then that should be ok too.

Can you post a pic of what you have soldered to the coolrunner?

I used +w64, its 512 nand. I was hopping it was something with ECC, I dont thing its my wiring :(
Like I said I have done many installs over the years, so this is not my first install.
