Sounds like it could be the wiring if you were able to read and write the nand.

Post up some pics of the soldering.

Did you bridge the Cap on your coolrunner? (For Rev B) Pics of install and wire routing would help as well.

Well Bridge the two points on your coolrunner that says "CAP" if you have Rev B.

Also we're trying to help. Don't be a douche. It very well could be your wiring and if you're so confident of your work please post so we can disregard the wiring.

If you would've read the tut Uber made for us you weill learn about the cap and that they help jasper boards boot.

Just Bridged still no boot as you can see in this PIC some of the Points right next to the HANA Chip have no solder Now this Jasper had no Solder on none of them so i just put some on and put the wire on

Nope that looks fine. what your coolrunner light flashing or not?

Edit ignore the light flashing just read origianl post again.

Again jasper 16m can be a bit difficult to glitch try bridging the cap on the coolrunner, i know youve said youve done them before and there fine, so i have but ive did one the other day that was taking around 6 cycles to glitch (36 seconds), I bridged the cap and now its glitches within 10 secs most of the time.
