RGH RGH Jasper not reading new internal HDD?

I have a 2.5 hdd i have used with this jasper, that is pre-loaded. removed it from it's casing and installed the drive into a phat hdd case. Attached to the jasper, went into xexmenu, and it's not reading anything. It's a 320gb hdd, and in xexmenu HDD1, it shows 0.00GB/293.25.

am i missing something?

you need to format the drive with the xbox, fat32 doesnt work on an internal hdd.
