take blue wire wrap around xclamps/ have u tryd switching 2 phat on the coolrunner

can you see my picture? where must I leave the blue dread? I have not switched to phat because Trinity is slim but I can test with phat option.
Is the ECC good wich I have? I have tried to create ECC but get the following message:
Failed to create ecc image
Header is wrong..
Invalid Image
Failed to create ecc image
Does the coolrunner glitch also and will it boot in Xell so I can see the cpu then?
I have tried many times but I get no screen and coolrunner will not glitch (green)

3v3 point looks bad. wrap cpu rst wire around xclamp.

I know this sounds silly, but in your picture of your coolrunner, the switch is set to program. Do you have it set to normal when you are trying to glitch? and also, your ECC file has already been written to the console.

the problem was I have not turn the xbox on. Only plugged the power but now I have connect the powercontrol panel on the front and it boots.
It takes too long for booting. is it normal or can I do something ?

How long does it take to boot? and what revision Coolrunner is it? There are a lot of threads about tweaking boot times, just search around.
