Slim boot times vary, are you leaving it for a good few seconds?

You could probably improve boot times by adding the POST_OUT QSB (if it isn't already installed).... some people also say that switching the console type to PHAT improves boot times.

how do you mean click it on and off.

if it boots into fsd then it's working.

This is the one I was talking about, just a couple of steps you could take to improve boot times.

I find if i unplug the power from my slim trinity before i turn it on i get near flawless boots of 10 seconds or less where if i just turn it off and come back and turn it on without the power cycle i get boot times of up to 2 mins...maybe give that a go
