my RGH has been running fine, ive brought it to work this morning plugged it in,and it dnt start up.
the centre light cums on and the CR light is on,but tghe fans dnt cum on and the power brick light stays orange.
any help will do thanks.

ps,,checked soldering and its all fine:confused:
Could be a damaged STBY_CLK point. What console is it?

Can you still read nand?
havnt tried but i shud be able to as theres still power to board for the CR and ROL.

only time ive had problem is like this is when ive lifted the pad were orange wire goes and then it dint power on.but on this one all the pads are intact, and the xbox dont power on even with the wires removed it just does the same

Soldering is most definitely not 'fine'. Always strikes me as curious as to what people perceive as 'fine'. Badly soldering multi-strand wire so you have stray strands is just asking for trouble. I do like how you removed your soldering for CPU_PLL_BYPASS (and even then took out of focus images) before taking pics.

Problem is you've shorted something due to very poor soldering.

I suggest sending it to someone for repair.

Was it working before you travelled? If so, something's been dislodged.

"ps,,checked soldering and its all fine"

pics please.
could it be power pack martin??im askin because ive just plugged it in my friends xbox and it gets 3 red lights and the fans, and ive just put a proper ROL on mine and it comes up with 3 red lights and the fans dnt run

Why not try your friends PSU on your console? What is the secondary error code your friend gets on their console with your PSU? Faulty PSU tends to be 0001.

So if yours PSU works on his Xbox, then obviously your PSU is working.

So try it again on yours.

"i removed the wires wile i was at work so i could take pic with my phone thats why one is blured...its not a conspirisy ya know"

You're missing the point. Taking a pic of everything removed is pointless. You've actually removed all evidence of what was actually wrong so locating what part you may have shorted is now nigh on impossible.

im back home na mate.
what do you sugest i try first?
You didn't answer the question, what happens now when you plug it in? Does it turn on and give RRoD, nothing at all, fans kick in but nothing on screen, etc, etc??

First thing I would do is check and double check for shorts around the RGH & NAND-x solder points.
