RGH or Dual Nand + RGH?

I have two falcon xbox's, one is untouched retail, the other i am currently using as my main box with an **** inside.
What do people recommend as the best way forward? I could get the untouched box RGH'd for about £40, or get dual nand + RGH on my main box (which would save alot of swithing boxes around) which is obviously more expensive (around £75), but seems more convenient? Can anyone give me advice on the best course of action?
Also, i'm a dab hand at soldering, so i am tempted to give it a go myself, are there any extreme noob guides for dual nand & rgh out there? Also where's the best place in the UK to buy the parts i need? (i'm of the understanding that i need to buy a CR4xl and a Demon, but do i need a nand x?)
Really sorry if these are nooby questions, i'm not new to modding at all, but RGH is a whole different ball game!

First try with the RGH and then if your soldering was fine, think about the DemoN

I mean, on the untouched console install RGH, if you don't rip any pad and everything works, use it for a while, and if you don't want to spend more money, leave it like that, then you could Sell the other one and install the DemoN on the RGH'd console. I prefer dual nand, but you'll need two hard drives and for a noob it's a challenge to install it.
