RGH RGH or flashing help trinity slim

Im not sure of my dashboard version, because my xbox 360 is taken apart right now. i was wondering if there was an rgh for all dashboards. and if there isnt, please give mea TUT on how to flash the dvd drive the cheapest way. Thanks in advanced.
