So after reading a few threads I realized I needed to update my console to 13604 so I flashed my original NAND back and when the DVD drive is plugged in it just has a solid green light and nothing happens...I unplug the DVD drive and the green light flashes but still nothing I tried flashing my original NAND again a few more times incase of bad flash but same thing I flash xell back and it boots xell...is my original NAND stuffed or what? I run it through NAND healer and still says no bad blocks...wtf?

Try 360 Multi Builder to build a good FreeBOOT NAND and then use Rawflash (with XeLL) to write it to the console.
Yeh tried that one already aswell lol probably killed my console trying to get a working glitch lol

Because I can't get the board to glitch at all so reading some threads I realized I was on 12655 or something and I need to be on 13604 so I was gonna flash the original NAND back update to 13604 re dump the updated NAND and try to glitch it again, I'm on a zephyr board btw.

Your dashboard version is completely irrelevant.
I've done RGH mods on consoles with 9199 dashboards.
I have a sticky in the noob section as a 'roadmap' that may help you.
Additionally, if you've ran any official updates on the console between your last good dump and now, your LDV will be out of whack. Check my sticky on LDVs (link in my sig).

Zephyr's can be a bitch to glitch. But that still doesn't explain why your console won't work with the original Nand!! Have you glitched many xbox's?? Reason i ask is that you may be flashing the wrong nand back hence the solid green light with nothing happening.
I have s couple of NAND dumps on my pc but I checked the dumped in 360 flash tool and it says zephyr so it's the right NAND I'll check out the threads cheers guys

Thanks guys looks like martins LDV thread will be the saver I noticed the numerous f's in my efuses but didnt think much of it! Off to fix it!!! I'll let u know how it goes

you won't be able to do anything until you get your CPU key or definitely have a copy of your NAND after the last update you applied.
I have my CPU key doesn't ur thread say I can use that and my old NAND to use multi builder to make a new retail?

Ok - news to me:
I assumed that this meant you couldn't get it to glitch at all....
You will still need to boot to XeLL to get your current LDV, or guess it.
