RGH RGH questions

Hello, I have a Falcon console and I want to RGH it. My first question is, does the RGH allow you to do everything the Jtag hack allowed? (Don't worry, I'm not wanting to host any sort of prestige lobbies ect) Secondly, I have a hard drive that I used with my Jtag until it finally died on me, will it just run everything off it as it was on the Jtag? And finally, what physical objects do I need to buy to do the hack with? When I read the tutorials I'm just not too sure wht is software and wht isn't. Thank you to anyone who helps.

The RGH does virtually the same as a JTAG. - Yes

You will need

Nand X V3
Nand X to Coolrunner Program cable
Coolrunner.
Coolrunner QSB's (If you want to make life easier)

The RGH will allow you to run unassigned code just as the the jtag does and yes you can play images off and external drive as long as they are correct to the dash. For hardware you would need a CR, NANDx, QSB for phat, unless you want to do a wire install.

The first one includes a coolrunner program cable. Which you do not need.

You could order the coolrunner and QSB's separate and save a few quid.

The NAND-X, Xecuter CoolRunner and the Xecuter to NAND-X programming cable are suffice but you may also want the QSB kit.

I hope this gives you a better insight in to what you need... I should also add that you will need a decent soldering iron and you must have at least some level of soldering skill in order to install the necessary hardware (namely the CoolRunner and NAND-X QSBs/wires).
