I updated my rgh and now it wont boot. I tried to re-flash it but xell says its an invalid size. plzz help.

Can you tell me the steps?

what files do you have for the console. what current hardware do you have ? do you have access to a external nand flasher or are you using a plugin nand r/w tool ?
could you upload some pictures of the install and give us a little more information. if you have a backup of a nand dump or a update file for the console then you will just have to recreate a nand image in jrunner and write it to the console possibly with a external device (such as nand-x or jrp) if a attempted update has cause the console to not boot correctly.
