RGH slim glitches fine but then runs slowly after occasionally, video included

the video is just what happens to me when i turn my 360 on. sometimes it boots fine, making good time, other times it takes about 5 mins, and then even launching games takes an impossibly long time. I am launching to the latest FSD with the latest dashlaunch installed... It only happens when I launch to FSD i believe as well(I will have to double check on this again).

I am booting off of the memory unit.

Cant be. Back when i was booting off my hdd people said it was due to harddrive failure. Both my hdd & MU are fine it would seem...

& since it happens only occaisionally i dont think it haS to do with loading my profile automatically
