Ive posted before about my rgh slim's launching fsd ridiculously slow... I am refering to the time it takes for it to boot from the 360 logo screen to fsd, not the time it takes for the coolrunner to run the glitch. It boots at a good speed to nxe, but fsd is hit and miss. I know if it takes longer than 30 secs on the 360 logo screen im gunna have trouble, as even if it does launch, games launch slower as well. If I get a slow launch I reboot, through the home menu which oddly enough works... Then the next reboot works perfectly... everytime! My autoscan setting in fsd is also turned off! What could cause this? Is there anyway to get it more consistent?

alright ive blocked the auto sign in and the problem persists... Im using a skin that is 183mb... of course thats just because it has a lot of wallpaper options...could that be slowing it down too?

You harddrive could be on its way out. Replace the harddrive with a different one or try booting without the harddrive. See if problems persist's.

Yes you can install fsd to the internal memory. It is safe but it will fill up your space really quick. Change your dashlaunch setting to this.

Default = IntMu:\FSD\default.xex

Forgot to add, First install a fresh FSD into internal memory from usbstick or ftp it.

the video is just what happens to me when i turn my 360 on. sometimes it boots fine, making good time, other times it takes about 5 mins, and then even launching games takes an impossibly long time. I am launching to the latest FSD with the latest dashlaunch installed... It only happens when I launch to FSD i believe as well(I will have to double check on this again).

I am booting off of the memory unit.
