Hi,
So after a failed attempt on a Falcon (dead), my friend decided to do his slim instead with a wires only install as he doesn't think much of the QSBs. While the majority will argue that the QSBs are better, we got successful dumps first time this way.
We then successfully did everything and I had got to the point where I was working out how to get Freestyle dash correctly installed. The drive for this Slim hadn't been flashed, so we got xexmenu on the console via USB. Unfortunately, while using xexmenu the console suddenly froze and the (wired) controller lost the light on the guide button. The fan also went mad, spinning at what I presume is 100% as it was loud.
Now the console won't power on. When the power supply is attached, the red light on the Coolrunner comes on and the faceplate is making it's beeps when you touch the power and eject buttons- but nothing else happens. Does anyone know what could be wrong here?
