Hello everyone. First off thanks for all the help and I recently had a successful rgh falcon. Easy thanks to this forum. I have a couple more boards I'm doin this weekend but the dashboard is not listed on jtag tool. It's the 2.0.8955.0. I believe. It seems jtag tool skips this dash. I seen on the download tab a list of ms updates. Can I download a rgh compatible update and just flash it to NAND before I install rgh and the whole normal process. Thanks for all the help guys.

Just a tip- when soldering the NAND X wires directly use the bottom of the board. It takes me 10 minutes to normal install on top and 3 mins on bottom. Just a tip guys.

The RGH does not depend on the current dashboard version. As long as you have a compatible CB on your zephyr/falcon/jasper then you will be able to RGH it. The dashboards JTAG tool lists are the dash versions that you will RGH to. For example, if you select 14699 in jtag tool, your 8955 console will be updated to RGH 14699

My jtag tool doesn't have 14699. When I go in advance mode and click reset glitch it shows me 13604 and 13599. Did I miss an update for jtag tool? It says I'm on 4.25. Thanks for the info man.

Ok I just got confused. I'm guessing he used the new dash as an example. So when I open jtag tool and it ask me which dash- I should choose 13604 and it will update it for me? Sorry for the noob questions. Thanks guys for clearing this up.

I'm sorry but I understand jtag tools is VERY easy but like Martin said just use multibuilder. Jtag tool has to many problems so take the time and do it the long way and save yourself some headaches.

Well I like simple and it has worked for me recently. Please just tell me this answer. When it gets to "create freeboot image" step 1 (dash to install) - should I just pick 13604 even though this isn't my dash. That's the last question guys. Thanks again

Yes, Just save a copy of your original nand somewhere just in case, And update to the latest dash if you want and listen to Martin, Also DARKFiB3R's Guide is easy to follow.
Edit: I played around with jtag tool a bit, When I loaded my nand it would auto select my xbox as a jasper 256 when its a 512, And it showed my dash as 13599 when it was 13604, Multi_Builder v0.7 is very easy and accurate
