RGH systemupdate question

I have a JTAG system and understand if there is a new system update, not to update it from the DVD game. Basically I need to wait for Freeboot Dash and flash it using updflash.

But what about RGH machine? Is it safe to flash from the DVD game or is it the same as the JTAG?

It is the same principle, build a new glitch image and use XeLL Reloaded to write the image to your NAND using Raw Flash.

or just install latest dashlaunch for whatever dash your on,and unless you want the added support for kinect and stuff that the updates carry with them you can stay on whatever dash your on and games with sys updates will boot right to game instead of asking for update
