Hello,

I've tried looking this up and checking other threads but can't seem to find a solution. I have a Slim Trinity that I RGHed like 3 years ago when the Coolrunner first came out. It has been working like gang busters since but recently it's either really slow to boot to the dash or doesn't boot at all. It boots into Xell in seconds most every time, no problem. But when I try to normal boot to the dash, it never does or maybe 1 out of every 10-20 times. I've updated the dash a few times and I don't think the problem started with any particular update. As far as I can remember, it just started being weird one day.

I watch the Coolrunner lights and listen and it flashes green each time it tries to glitch but then stops. It sounds like it's going into the boot phase, like the sound of it running changes, but nothing happens. I've updated the dash a few times and tried newer versions to see if it was maybe a bad flash but nothing seems to work consistently. Any ideas on what I can to do fix it?

Thanks!

TX Product(s) used: CoolRunner, Slim QSB
Console Type: Trinity
NAND size: 16MB

I don't have these handy, since it's been so long but let me know what you'd need.

Images are always helpful. This could be caused by many things, such as a cold solder joint, or a bad nand flash. I have had a few where the coolrunner stopped sticking, , and the wires started to break, and so it was sending a bad glitch. cant really say with the information given.

Okay, I figured you'd need pics but I'd have to dig up my xbox tools and find time to try to take it apart. I haven't found the time to crack it open, since it does end up working most times. It booted up fine ATM, so I'm playing some Madden 15. I'll try and find a chance to open it and take some pics. Thanks for your reply!
