Ive tried resoldering the blue and yellow wires. Ive gone from 50 to 29 with the blue wire. Still. Red light on the CR. Im going to remove the POST qsb and try reflashing the nand to stock, then go from there.

Yes, look at attached pic:

Area under number 2 is almost the same at the bottom of QSB. So it can easily touch point like I marked under number 1!

just isolate it, and I think you will boot into Xell! Good luck! :)
Tonight I will do RGH for my friend and I can try to make a pic how I isolate it

Moving blue wire around wont help you, coolrunner should flash green on every point.

Pretty sure that something is shorting your console. Good idea to start removing POST QSB:)

Also make sure you have a good GND connection.

My guess is that the GND is pretty solid. Its soldered to the AV port as pictured previously in an earlier posting. Im very thankful for all the help. I am hoping to get this done and over with pretty soon.

Ok. So I got some desolder today. Took the QSB boards off. Noticed there was a trace/point that appeared to be bad. Im not good at all at repairing points, so took it to a guy that I knew who could. He fixed it and rerouted the wires and bam its working. It was the CPU/Blue wire. Point. Thanks Much. Its up and running now.
