rgh trinity wont go past boot screen

I have an rgh 360 trinity, up until a few weeks ago was booting ok and able to play games on it.
Last week I tried to turn it on but it kept crashing on the 360 boot screen, occassionally on the fsd boot screen. I can get into Xell reloaded, and see my dvd and cpu keys and fuses.
I have tried pressing sync to clear boot log?, but still having issues.
Anyone advise me on a way to hopefully get it back up and running?

Remove the hard drive. Does it boot ok without the HDD?

Its the same with the hd taken out

I Have had this happen a few times because of the little 4gb mu being corrupt or just bad . If nothing else seems to be helping try taking console apart and removing the 4gb mu off the board ( if you in fact have one) .

Right, about to open up the 360, once I find this MU, do I need to power it up with it removed?

then it becomes a image or install issue/post pics of install and try to build a new image . post your jr log

Tried to run jrunner on my pc, fails to run with internet connection, ok without it
