I successfully dumped my nand and wrote a new one with jtag tool, then when i went to boot into xell it didn't work

the coolrunner chip stays red and is set to phat and nor as it sould be.

i have got some pictures of my soldering

On this wire I had QSB's installed but removed them along with a couple of resistors. probably my problem i'm guessing?

i failed to desolder the pin header so left it in and soldered to the correct pin. I believe this is the power source if so i get a red light so...

I think this one is ok too?

Up to you. Support for this stops here though as you've decided not to take the advice and get someone else to solder it.

If you read my roadmap sticky, you should be able to boot with the stock NAND and CR set to PRG or NOR.

I'm no ruling it out, I'm sure it would be much easier for someone with expertise and the right tools to do. I don't mind postage if the price is right. Any suggestions?

Well that looks like your missing one or two a friend of mine had the same problem but he found an old mother board from something lying around an used the resistors from it an he had luck but yea if you don't fill comfortable doing your self have somebody else do as those little resistors are a pain an you have an connection bridge also R4B24 an R4B6
