Rgh with 3.5 desktop hdd problems

So guys i decided to install this desktop hdd i had since it was cheaper , The hdd does appear but on my screen i have 2 lines of fuzz that continue to scroll over my screen

My console is a Rgh 2 Trinity with Demon and a ****

The 3.5 is a Wd Hdd

Im powering with a moloex adapter and a sata in the hdd sata port on the motherboard any help is well appreciated , Please remember it works just the fuzz

whats the purpose of this thread? not to bust your balls but, this is already been known for years.

A picture of the "fuzz" might give us a better idea about what is happening.

i fixed it with trial and error , my cheap ass power supply was causing it strangely so i soldered to the psu
